“Grilled salmon on grilling planks”
6 salmon filets . Leave the skin on.
Baste your salmon with “Orange Sauce” found in oriental section of grocery store
Lemon Pepper salt. Use liberally
Heat Grill Dome to 300 degrees
Beaver Lake Grilling Plank. Soak plank in water for 1 hour. Put plank on grill and add olive oil to plank.
Add salmon to hot plank. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
Enjoy your salmon!!!
